Description

Italians use to put their traditional risotto inside a gigantic cheese crisp. Make it small and enjoy your cheese crisps with Sesame Crackers and any soup you like

Instructions

First Method: preheat your oven to 420º F. Add a teaspoon of mixed fresh herbs or black pepper to the grated Grana Padano cheese if you like.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Sprinkle a few tablespoons of cheese on the pan, forming 5 cm circles.

Bake for approximately 4 to 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly golden. Remove the pan from the oven and let cool, until the cheese hardens.

Second method: Line a microwave try with parchment paper.

Sprinkle a few tablespoons of cheese to form a round of about 5 cm.

Cook in a microwave (750W) for approximately 1.5 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
